: It is going to heal however the timing depends greatly on the immunity of individuals. If the inflammation is not too much nor having symptoms that inflammation is beyond the local area of involvement, I would suggest to be optimistic and love yourself, because that in itself speeds healing and limits scarring. The more inflammation the longer it takes to heal and the more the scar.

Not exactly: While it is highly unlikely that fat necrosis can spread without further trauma, it is quite possible for scar tissue to be tethering a nerve. Try massaging the area with hand lotion, and if that's unsuccessful, return to the surgeon that treated you originally.

Fat necrosis can occur with normal lipase levels due to trauma to fat tissue. In diabetics, fat necrosis can occur without trauma and without elevated lipase. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
