They heal slowly: Skin necrosis after tummy tucks (witch hazel) can take long to heal because the skin is receiving less blood due to the lifting and stretching your surgeon did.  Wound care is very important.  Negative pressure wound therapy (wound vac) can be very helpful for large areas and accelerate the contracture of the wound.  Creams and medications have not been proven to be beneficial in the absence of infection.

See your doc: If you are having great pain 4 weeks after robotic hysterectomy, and have skin necrosis under your belly button someone needs to see you and do an exam to see what is going on.  I would want to make sure you didn't have a serious infection or an incision problem.

If it is traumatic fat necrosis, you may need to the address your or your partner's behavior.

if someone leaned really hard on your breast: is dat a risk for fat necrosis or does the blow needs to be harder? like surgery or if a ball gets hit in your breast? if it does create necrosis will this go away?

Possibly,: if bruising is noted and pain continues, then this could be an issue.
