which is better for breast reconstruction fat grafting or alloderm?

Neither: Many plastic surgeons, myself included, use acellular dermal matrix grafts (generic phrase for alloderm) and fat grafting.  They are usually used at different stages of breast reconstruction though circumstances may dictate using both.  Neither one is "better" as they often serve different purposes.

Fat : Fat grafting can be used to improve the results of breast reconstruction with flaps and implants. There are really no other fillers that would be indicated for this treatment.

Weight not fat: Cooper's droop is an expression referring to breast sag. The cooper's ligaments hold and support the breast. Excessive weight on the ligaments will over time cause stretching and sag. Whether the weight comes from fat or engorged milk glands it is the unsupported load on the ligaments that cause them to stretch over time. The solution is to wear a properly fitted and supportive bra every day.

Sclerotherapy!: Indeed if this is something old on your breast and bothers you  cosmetically you should consult a physician who treat veins as myself. These veins can be closed with injections. However if the condition is new just weeks old see a physician to look for possible lumps. Occasionally these vein can harbor a clot in them and cause pain too. It is a self limitting condition called mondor's disease.

Breast Tissue: In general as most women age the milk producing breast glandular tissue becomes less prevalent and there is more fat tissue present. This situation changes with pregnancy and lactation as breast glandular tissue increases. If your breasts change size with weight change then the change is due to fat. Radiology studies such as MRI scans can distinguish fat from breast tissue.

Likely yes,,: Fat is a major part of breast tissue as it surrounds it and may help provide nutrients that help make breast milk, etc..  If a report says "benign breast tissue" it likely means that normal tissue is seen.  Fat is part of that normal tissue.  Moreover, it indicates that there isn't anything wrong with that tissue seen at that time.  You can also discuss this with your dr. To be sure.  Good luck.
