Sclerotherapy!: Indeed if this is something old on your breast and bothers you cosmetically you should consult a physician who treat veins as myself. These veins can be closed with injections. However if the condition is new just weeks old see a physician to look for possible lumps. Occasionally these vein can harbor a clot in them and cause pain too. It is a self limitting condition called mondor's disease.
