i have very visible fast pulse in neck when lying down, veins are pulsing out of neck, weak heartbeat 80bpm feel bit faint, what is reason for this?

This can be a couple: This can be a couple  on things. We need  to know  about your  heart, your lungs,  and your general health like thyroid, kidney, etc. Each of these  can impact  you and be responsible for symptons. You need to see your physician and get evaluated.

Should be the same: The pulse should be the same on both sides of the neck, the arms, and the legs.  They should also be synchronized.

It is best for someone else to take it- it is difficult for us to measure two pulses on ourselves at the same time.

Headache : As a read this I can't help to want to examine you and be sure of my biggest concern for meningitis which needs an emergency room visit now.  This could be as simple as a regular viral syndrome like the flu.

Yes: If you take too much thyroid medicine.  Lab tests should rule it out, however, & there are lots of other reasons for your symptoms.  Are your labs different than before (even if normal range).

Be careful: Don`t need to worried, but be careful if you get short of breath or have audible stridor ( heavy wheezy like breathing ).  Go back ti the ER if that happens.

How do you FEEL?: Individual heart rates vary tremendously and there's almost no science here, though there's a great deal of superstition. How is your blood pressure? I trust you're not taking a medicine as tricky as verapamil to treat a number. Since you're exercising, and I take it have normal exercise tolerance without being interrupted by shortness of breath, I'd urge you to be thankful for good health.

The pulse can race for many different reasons, but if you have any symptoms with it they can help to tell what's going on.  If you are short of breath or having any chest pain or pressure with it, then you need to prioritize seeing your doctor.
