IRON DEF ANEMIA: You have 2 conditions, anemia due to iron def   most likely due to heavy menses. Elevated liver enzymes  may be due to hepatitis. Both conditions linked  may be due to some hemoglobinopathy  such as  thallassemia in addition . Suggest start oral iron and  check  for hepatitis b and c and hemoglobin electrophoresis

Slow down.: How old are you? How fast are you walking and for what distance before these happens?  Raised heart rate and sweating can be normal from exercise. The other signs can be from hyperventilation to cerebral vascular insuffiency, and it is impossible for me to say what exactly they are from without more information.

Yes: Yes it can. What blood tests were done?  I would definitely get an ekg, but it also might be anxiety, asthma, and few other problems, needs some workup and good physical.
