Probably not: you may be sensitive or irritated by a chemical used to manufacture or package the glasses causing an allergic reaction - stinging/watery or itchy eyes.  I would stop wearing the glasses if you haven’t already, and see your optometrist if the symptoms do not go away. Allergies/sensitivities are usually temporary once the cause is removed. They probably act on components of the food you eat mainly the sugars to ferment and produce gas that smell also in your stool. You could attempt to change it by using probiotic, eating fermented food. If you do not have pain with the loose stool and not too frequent probably not worry.
