Ulnar neuropathy: "inside elbow" is the realm of the ulnar nerve, so your symptoms may represent a cubital tunnel syndrome, which is an ulnar nerve compression condition at the elbow that can cause the symptoms you describe.  Alternatively, a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in your neck) could cause similar symptoms.  See a physician if symptoms persist.

i was riding my horse today and my left arm was in a ton of pain. followed with chest pain. i can breathe, it just hurts when i breathe down into my chest. breathing is normal, bp is normal. yawning helps eliminate it. it was 90s when i rode today?

: This could be heat-related and perhaps you didn't hydrate enough. Not sure why yawning would eliminate it. If you've cooled down, hydrated, and still have symptoms, please contact your doctor or be seen at an emergency room or an urgent care.

Shoulder pain: Pain that persists for 2 yr should likely be evaluated by a orthopedist.  Pain in the shoulder that goes below the elbow i to hand could be also coming from yr neck.
