Nobody is: completely symmetrical.  If the deformity is really extensive, consult with a plastic surgeon to see if anything can be done about it.  If not, it probably is of no clinical concern.

Fractional laser: Mild acne scarring can be improved with a series of "non-invasive" fractional laser treatments.  The more severe the scarring the more "invasive" the treatment.

Icepick scars: Indentations secondary to acne are due to contracture of the scar tissues and occurs during the latter part of the healing from getting an infection.

Its not too late!: get in to see dermatologist for treatment options including topical tazarotene, lasers, micro needling... Especially young skin does really well!

See different doc: Shave biopsy of a mole is a bad idea. Please see a dermatologist for proper evaluation of the lesions.

i have an old zygoma fracture this fracture is about 20 yrs old - the hospital never repaired it and for all this time i have a slight indentation to left cheek and every now and then my face goes numb from under my eye to the top lip.  can this be repair

Since : Since the zygoma fracture was so long ago i think you should concentrate for now on having the right orbit fixed. The indentation could probably be filled with injectable fillers or bone grafted as a cosmetic procedure. There is a small nerve that enters the face through a small opening between the most prominent part of the cheekbone and the nostril. This supplies feeling to the area where you have the numbness. It was probably damaged at the time of the fracture.

: It depends on what the doctor learned.  Usually means to me the nipple may be inverted. Discuss with your local Dr who can look at you and give better answer.

Usually: Palatine tonsils tend to be irregular with ridges or crypts.

Possibility: That sounds normal. If the back muscles and other tissues are larger than the tips of the spine called the spinous processes, they will be higher and the tips will be lower in the midline creating the illusion of an indentation.
