Botox : Botox is great for smile lines around the eyes (crows feet) but not so much around the mouth.  Fillers usually work better there.

Yes, possible: Yes still possible to conceive.  Not every menstrual cycle is going to be the exact same length.  The follicular phase (1st half) of your menstrual cycle is variable and is determined by how long it took you to grow a mature follicle.  If you still have a 28 day cycle this month then you might have a luteal phase defect and you would benefit from ovulation induction meds (i.e. Clomid).

i took a video of my baby, not realising the led light of my phone was on, room was dark and i was aprox 1 metre away from his face the video was 20 secs long. will his eyes be permanently damaged? he is fixing and following and smiling appropriately

Follow up: Your pediatrician will continue to test vision and acuity screening usually is possible at age 3. Some offices have digital imaging which is reviewed by Opthalmology.
The baby’s vision most likely will be fine, please discuss with pediatric physician.

See a doctor: you could be having a problem with some of the branches of the facial nerve, it could end with the involvement of the whole nerve, the itching could be related to that or you might have a virus attacking your nerve.
either way your symptoms are concerning, and you should see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

i'm right handed, does that mean the muscles on the right side of my face are stronger than the left? when smiling my left cheeks sits a little lower?

Right handed: Has nothing to do with the strength of muscles in your body. It has to do with brain hemisphere dominance. If your face is uneven, it either is a normal variant or you may have a neuromuscular issue that needs to be addressed. A neurologist may be able to help you figure it out.

Usuall will resolve: Common facial spasms include rapid blinking, nose or mouth twitching. They may be due to an underling motor disorder or myopathy, but more commonly are stress related and resolve without complication. When smiling may be due to social anxiety and over eagerness. Stress management may be a useful approach. If this persists or worsens, see a neurologist.
