Keep it simple: Mild soaps and moisturizers are the key. There are a lot of brands out there to try but I have had success with brands like vanicream and cetaphil.  I do not work for those companies so please don't think I am pushing them. You should avoid fragrances and coloring as these things may irritate. Hypoallergenic is another term to look for on the label.  And expensive does not equal better!

Avene / La-ROche: Avene / la-roche posay have good products for reddness, etc.  Also glytone is very good.

Skin surface agents: The only products that might be harmful to a fetus are those  that enter your bloodstream. From there it circulates in them through the placenta to baby. The common skin acne preparations do not penetrate deeply enough to enter the blood. You need to clear these with your OB but there are many that you can use.

See a doc: If you have total absence of movement on one side, the best chance at recovery of movement to normal levels require steroids and antivirals. Go see an ent.

No: Hidradenitis affects lymph nodes: usually in the groin or armpits. Facials will have no effect, either positive or negative.

You may have always had asymmetry, and many people do - including some very famous people, like winston churchill there is a congenital condition known as "hemifacial microsomia, " which is the same thing. On the other hand, if this seemed to have developed obpvernight, you need to deck in with your doctor and i discuss it.

An Interested Smile: I suspect this is not what you're looking for - but, it's what I got. We find a look of interest on another's face very attractive. We like animals more if they can show interest. A gentle smile is universally welcomed. There are products galore and procedures too that change actual features some degree - but my suggestions are safe and free.
