i had a sharp pain in my jaw joint (i have tmj) and it would wax and wane for an hr. now, eyelid twitching, twitching into my neck. pinched nerve?

Could be: Could be from pinched nerve and/or TMJ and/or Circulatory aberration and/or neurologic impairment and/or so many other things. See an Oral Pathologist for appropriate diagnosis.

occipital nerve block 2days prior. rapid upper right eyelid twitching, brusing, firm, pain, pink at inj. site. random neuralgia on r of head. any clue?

Rapid Eyelid itching: Allergic reaction to the medications may occur after the injection such as itching, rash, etc. depending on the medications used. Usually they are mild/moderate, and can be treated with anti-pruritic medication. 
The pink at the injection site may be due to the needle injection and fade over a period of time unless it is severe. If the above symptoms persist, you need to contact your physician.

does subconcious anxiety exist? trembling upon waking, eye twitching, jaw locking upon waking. i don't feel stressed or anxious, but my body disagrees

Tension while asleep: Right before you wake up, you are usually in rem sleep, the dream state, which is close to wakefulness. You may have been running or stressed out in your dream, causing tension.  If you try, you may be able to remember your dreams immediately when you wake up.  Wait to go to the bathroom, and they'll be gone.

Sinusitis?: headache pains can be sharp particularly when associated with sinusitis.  Do you have a cold or allergies?  Has this happened before?  
Eyelid twitches are like due to pain or anxiety.  

If you think it is sinus related, try steaming your face.  This can open sinuses and allow them to drain.  It this doesn't work, see a doctor.

Muscle tension: You are more likely clenching your teeth tightly and and causing the symptoms you describe.  If these do not resolve fairly quickly or you develop weakness prompt physician evaluation is necessary.

See ans: No you cannot come to this diagnosis without a complete evaluation. There are many things that must be evaluated for your complaint. See your doctor to get the correct diagnosis and then proper treatment. Don't diagnose yourself

One or both at once : Monocular eye muscle twitch often due to eye muscle strain ie prolonged reading, improper correction etc. Binocular suggests neurological conditions as meig, blepharospasm etc. See an md eye doc to make sure.
