Not normally: Each eye has a small blind spot located about 15 degrees outside of the center of fixation.

Enlargement of the blind spot can occur with glaucoma and various diseases of the optic nerves including papilledema from increased intracranial pressure.

i get a pain in my eye everytime i move it. when the pain happens a big black dot appears in my vision. what could cause something like this?

Eye Doctor: I don't know how old you are, but it's a good idea to have your eye pressures checked and your retinas looked at by an eye professional. It might be an easily treated problem, but it needs looking at.

my 5 month old has small pupils. they are totally equal in size, respond to light and definitely get bigger, but they just never get really big. dr checked her eyes and said it's fine, it's just her and she has very light eyes. ok?

That would be interesting: if the eyes protrude, and the brain got bigger if we thought too much! Then you would see doctors with very strange heads and eyes. Usually, if your eyes protrude, and it's noticeable to you, then you need to go see your eye doctor. An oculoplastic surgeon would be very familiar with this, and can measure your eyes, and determine if it might be related to your thyroid. It has more to do with this, then the size of the brain.

when i widen my eye and fix it onto something infront of me then tilt my head down, i would see 2 large dark cicrles in the center that would get bigger/smaller depend how much i tilt they look like after i just looked at something bright.palinopsia?

Optic , neuro- optic: You should get vision testing and correction if needed. Palinopsia is the persistent recurrence of a visual image after the  stimulus has been removed. Pathologic are due to lesion in posterior visual pathway In your description, it appears to be physiological afterimages as your afterimage has complementary color of original stimulus. Depends: First try a trial of applying clean warm compresses to the site for 10 minutes every few hours to see if the lesion shrinks over a few days. Do not squeeze or pop bubble. If bubble does not go away  go see a Doctor.

Headaches with a positional component it is always a red flag and need to be evaluated to exclude a lesion in the posterior fossa or a condition with low CSF pressure. Rec.: see an orofacial pain or headache specialist for further investigation and management.

STYE OR HORDEOLUM: Opthalmic  antibiotic ointment applied at least twice a day for 10 days will take care of the infection.

Warm compresses: Apply a warm wet washcloth to your eyelid four times per day.  If this does not cause the stye to resolve, see an ophthalmologist.
