Most likely pressure: buildup from being "plugged" for a period of time.  Or you may have an infection, or fluid buildup behind your eardrum from allergies.  Or you may have a nerve inflammation from viral or bacterial infections elsewhere. Maybe Shingles: Shingles, or herpes zoster infection often presents as surface pain.  A short time later you might begin to see raised red areas on the skin.  If you do, then contact your PCP or dermatologist as soon as possible so they can start you on anti-viral meds ASAP.  It shortens the course of the illness.

i went swimming 2day and now both ears are clogged like i have ear plugs in i cleaned out with a q-tip and amber earwax was on the end there is no pain some cackling when i sollow its like when u have a bad head cold and when u

If : If there is no pain or unusual drainage you probably don't have an ear infection. It's possible you pushed some of the wax further in and created an impaction. I would try to soften the wax (if still in there) with a couple day useage of something like debrox or ceruminex (otc), pick up a baby bulb syringe, and self irrigate your ears in a ear down position with luke warm water. Hopefully this will clear your ears. I not, somebody should lok in your ears to determine the cause.

Maybe: If the drops are antibiotic eye drops, thrycan may be effective in the ear to treat an ear infection.  I would recommend being evaluated by a doctor and using appropriate medications though.

Eye drops for ears: Have you been diagnosed with outer ear infections (otitis externa) or have tubes surgically placed into your ear drum for chronic middle ear infection? these are the only reason why you would be putting antibiotic drops in your ears. If not, then stop and see an ENT right away. The drops treat topical infection of what they touch. They cannot penetrate the ear drum to treat a middle ear infection.

Possibilities are: Sinus congestion/sinusitis, . Middle eear infection, vestibulopathy/inner ear infection.
Get examined by your dr.
You may need antibiotics.
In the meantime, try some dayquil/nyquil combo.

Lymph node: You may have a small swollen lymph gland...minor infection.  If it becomes hard and immobile then, I'd have it checked out.  You may just try placing something cold on it to see if the swelling would go down.  You may feel better.  You may also end up with a sore throat or some other pharyngeal type of infection.
