No: Contact lens solution has strong chemicals to kill germs.  These harsh chemicals are not good for your eyes.  Instead use artificial tears which were designed to treat dry eyes.

Not a problem: This might be slightly irritation but the manufacturers of these items are aware that it is common for the user to put it directly in the eye so they make the concentrations less than would cause damage.  This therefore is not a problem for you.

Kids&dark eyeCircles: Dark circles under the eyes could be from alck of sleep or even hayt fever. You should se the pediatrican if you think your child has allergies. 
Good sleep is important for even toddelrs, so make sure the child sleeps atlest 10-12 hours in a 24 hour period and atleast 10 hours in the night.

Depends: It all depends on why your eyes are dry.  You can use OTC artificial tears for symptomatic relief. However, they do not treat the underlying cause. If you are not making enough tears, Restasis may increase tear production. If you have an unstable tear film, leading to rapid tear evaporation, omega 3's may help. There are many other causes of dry eyes and treatments.  See your eye MD.

Don't use it: Stop using y our contact lenses  and the clear care until  you know the cause.  It could be an allergy or an infection.  See your eye doctor and get an exam and an alternative.

Depends: Saline solution comes in a variety of strengths. Isotonic saline is a solution used in the office to wash out wounds and could be used for eyes.Other formulations may be to dilute or strong and be irritating.Simple eye wash/eye drops are available over the counter at most dollar stores.I would suggest these as a predictable and safe eye irrigant.

Only if is sterile : Saline solution can be used in the eye.  However, it must be steril if all posible.

Dark circles: Under the eyes are difficult to irradicate completely.  They're usually associated with eye fatigue or aging changes of the lids.  There are some creams and lasers which sometimes help but not consistently.  Discuss this with an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.

Artificial tears: There are drops for this, namely optive that i like and use. Also there are contact lenses specifically for eye that get dry, ie acuvue oasys or air optics. The contact lens solution is also important, do not use generic brands, they just do not work as well as mane brands.
