i woke up this morning feeling like i got punched in my right eye. my right temple, below and above my eye, and behind my eye hurts badly. should i seek emergency medical attention? could it be an aneurysm??

: There are migraine variants which can present this way, and acute glaucoma might be an answer, especially if vision is affected.  Unlikely that you have giant cell arteritis at your age, but ?   Since we  would need far more information to pin this down, would suggest seeing your doctor ASAP or heading to an urgent care center.

See eye doctor: Although the most common cause is dry eyes for which preservative-free artificial tear drops may help, one cannot rule out more serious condition such as glaucoma, keratitis etc.  It is best that you consult your eye doctor if artificial tear failed to provide any relief or the condition gets worse.

i have lattice degen in my r eye. when i have eye pain that hurts to keep open, i get worried retina is detached. eye dr says nothing is wrong. signs?

Something else: Retinal detachment is very rarely painful, &amp; when painful, is often associated with other, non lattice degeneration-related detachment problems. Your pain is most likely related to other ocular conditions such as corneal drying  (dry eyes; meds side effects), migraine, contact lens related issues (if worn), eyelid conditions, environmental (wind, dust, allergy), or other. See your Eye MD for help

when i get angry or stressed my left eye hurts and my skin under my left eye burns and become red... is it high eye pressure? is it sign of glacoma?

Multiple complex : issues, require a comprehensive physicial exam, blloood and urine testing. Your symtoms are not really associated with any one specific illness; however, components of your issues may be stress or anxiety produced. Time to close your computer and make an appoinment with your primary care physician or get seen at your local urgent care center. You state that about once a month you get punched .

Well persistent eye pain can be serious.  Is your visioni affected?

I would suggest that if you have persistent pain which lasts more than a week you might consider seeing an eye doc.
