High blood pressure: Many conditions can cause microaneurysms in the retina.  Diabetes is most common followed by high blood pressure.  Less common is from poor circulation to the eye (from carotid artery occlusive disease) and even more rare is previous radiation to the head and neck.  Retinal occlusive disease, brannch and central retinal vein occlusions, which are associated with high blood pressure are also common.

i have several aneurysms and a haemorage behind an eye what would cause this?

Serious: You have RA & Methotrexate use has been associated with mild retrobulbar hemorrhages. It seems like it is either that or you have had a mild arterio-venous malformation with multiple hemorrhages & an ophthalmologist & rheumatologist must have seen you.  More serious causes could be meningioma of optic nerve or internal carotid aneurysms which may be life threatening.  Need a triple consult of your.

i suddenly get very tired, like can barely keep eyes open, although i've had plenty of sleep. could this be aneurysm symptom?

Possibly: If you have an aneurysm then you should check with the person following you for the aneurysm. Other things can cause sleepiness and your medical doctor can evaluate this.

: Eye pain would not be a usual symptom from "an unruptured aneurysm".   Do you indeed have a proven aneurysm, or is it something you fear?  Suggest neurological or ophthalmological consult.

Unclear: What type of aneurysm? If it was a aaa, you are lucky to be alive, and the redness of your eyes can probably be evaluated electively by your doctor.

how do you know you have an aneurysm?  i've had severe headache causing my eye to droop/close up.

Be careful: Aneurysm is very serious  problem some time could be silent and time could leak blood or rupture.
According to mayo clinic, Those are the most common sign of silent ones. 
Pain above and behind an eye
A dilated pupil
Change in vision or double vision
Numbness, weakness or paralysis of one side of the face
A drooping eyelid,
 If you feel you may have it go and check it out.

i have pressure behind my right eye which is made worse by bending over. i don't have any symptoms of sinusitis, could it be an aneurysm?

Headache: although it could be an aneurysm it is more likely a migraine type headache. If you have never had an evaluation done you would benefit from one

i have pressure right under my temple only on one side of the head along with pressure behind my eye. reassure me it wouldn't be an aneurysm right?

See eye doc: see eye doc and get evaluated for temporal arteritis and then look into sinusitis.

patch of vision in left eye kept disappearing, more if i bent over or beared down. opthamologist said back of eye looked normal, might be vascular but wasn't concerned. worried could be aneurysm?
