BPV: Most cases of such feeling with position change can be due to benign positional vertigo in which case Epley's maneuver can be helpful. Although it can happen during illness as well. I do know (IDK)     : A migraine is not just simply a headache. It is should be viewed as an attack that is accompanied by various neurological and non-neurological features as well as headache. Lightheadedness and dizziness are associated factors like nausea, sensitivity to light..It also could be medication overuse headache.

Lightheaded: Depending on how long this has been going on will depend on how aggressive you need to address it or whether a watchful waiting approach is appropriate. The fact that motion/movement seems to set it off indicates that it may be related to the inner ear. However, if it has been lasting more than a day or two you should seek medical attention.

This : This will go away after a while.  It is a very common occurrence when individuals first start working in health care.  You can try to "densensitize" yourself to it; there are varying ways to do it.  When you are at home, think about different situations and how you would handle it.  Also give yourself something to think about while it happens, what i think about is that we are helping this patient, even though it looks like we are hurting them.  If you felt light-headed or think your going to faint though, sit down immediately and put your head between your legs so you don't faint.  Everyone will understand and help you through this.

Probably dehydration: A common symptom of dehydration is dizziness with standing.  This is because when you are dehydrated, your blood pressure tends to be low and when you stand up, the blood pressure drops as the blood in your head falls (due to gravity) down back towards your heart.  As a result, this can make you feel temporarily dizzy or lightheaded, which may or may not be accompanied by ringing in the ears.

: Please stay well hydrated, monitor your Blood pressure. Discuss whether you should see a Cardiologist with your physician. Did you have a COVID 19 infection? If so, Long COVID has been associated with Cardiac conditions. Watch for shortness of breath and fainting.
