Daytime Fatigue: Given your age, you are way too young to have this problem and thus it is wise to try to find an answer.

Besides the common answers of low thyroid, or pre-diabetes, or even anemia i would want to know more about your sleep patterns, your snoring-if you do this...And any other possible contributing factor.

: A sleep disorder is one possible cause. Avoid fluids and eating , electronic devices,two hours or less before bedtime, and keep sleep environment clean and quiet.  If not improved, she should consult her physician. A virtual consultation with HT is available.

Too common: Enigmatic hypersomnia (idiopathic) is seen in young women sometimes without clear cause.  In the majority of the young ladies I have seen with this, the condition almost always improves within a few years.  Worth seeing a doctor who specializes in sleep medicine nonetheless to make sure no other reason and to discuss treatment options.

No ?: There is a normal fluctuation in a number of body functions. Temperature, hormone levels, etc.these vary in circadian rhythms and just why is not known.

Sure, especially if : you have mononucleosis, which commonly presents in adolescents &amp; young adults. See your doctor for clinical evaluation that includes checking for enlargement of your spleen &amp; lymph nodes, a CBC, Mono spot test &amp; Ebstein-Barr viral titers, if needed. If that's what you have, you'll  know why you  have to succumb to daytime fatigue for a few weeks.

other current side effects include: dizziness, heart fluttering (feels like i am getting really anxious/excited for something) and lightheadedness. im 21?

Yes: Arrhythmia could be causing some of these symptoms, or could be inadequate deep sleep. Would definitely get evaluation by cardiologist and if that is not revealing would recommend sleep study and consult with sleep specialist. Not something to take lightly as poor sleep may even make you more susceptible to arrhythmias as well as numerous other health problems. Take care of yourself now

Maybe endometriosis: If this is a recurring problem for you then see your obgyn to be evaluated for endometriosis and to discuss treatment options. Endometriosis is when cells that should be located inside are present outside the uterus in the pelvic cavity. It can cause symptoms like what you describe.

Exercise.: You need to exercise, and stay nutrtionally health.  Many women give up physicial activity, which then deconditions you, making everything strenuous. Get plenty of sleep. Take your prenatal vitamin. If problems persist, have your thtyroid checked by the OB doc!
