Intolerant?: The timing and nature of the symptoms are not consistent with antibody mediated milk allergy.  More likely is lactose intolerance (if, in fact, related to milk ingestion). Do you frequently have bloating or discomfort after eating dairy? A trial of complete elimination from the diet is the best test for this.

Many possibilities: A plethora of possibilities exist. You could be lactose intolerant,in which case avoidance of all lactose-containing foods should really help (primarily dairy products). If you have well water, it may need to be tested for contaminants, including parasites such as giardia (other  household members may have similar symptoms), were this the case). I would try a reputable probiotic and see how you do

Gallbladder or ulcer: Without knowing more, it is difficult to say what the cause is, however it can be related to  your gallbladder (gallstones) or stomach (ulcer disease) especially if you are taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids like Motrin or ibuprofen). You should contact your pcp to gather more information and possibly run some tests like an ultrasound. If you have fever/severe pain, go to er.

: My first thoughts would be lactose or gluten intolerance rather than hyperacidity Have her first omit dairy foods and if not improved, omit gluten which is predominantly a nonwheat diet. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals prevents gas buildup as well. Drinking hot water tends to break down gas so it can pass through the intestinal tract &amp;out the rectum. Applying heat to the abdomen also helps

Next, your symptoms sound potentially serious enough to warrant  a little jaunt to your friendly neighborhood ER or Urgent Care, or at least your own doc tomorrow. This could all be something that blows over in another day or two and you could wait if you want to, but if it's still as  awful as it sounds, why take a chance? You are passing fats and bile.

: There could be many reasons for this eg, gas, reflux, hiatal hernia, gall bladder problem. Best to see a GI doc . OTC meds like pepto-bismol, gasex may  help . Hope he does well

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) and possibly hemorrhoids. The best thing for you to do is see your primary care provider for a complete work up and treatment. You will likely need blood tests and a stool test to check for blood. After a complete examination and results your doctor may order additional tests(i.E endoscopy or colonoscopy)or that may not be necessary and treatment can be started.

Burning stomach: hello this sounds like typical symptoms of gastric hyperacidity. You should go and see your doc so you can get a baseline, and let him test you for H.Pylori and treat that if +ve and try you on various antacid and H2-blockers to see how you do. This is benign disease but can lead to serious complications if not taken seriously. So go and see your doc and let him treat and monitor this thanks
