Thyroiditis: Get your thyroid checked. Make sure you are hydrated and are taking in enough electrolytes ( like potassium or sodium) thyroiditis can be hypothyroid or hyperthyroid. Hyperthyroid is too much thyroid activity whereas hypothyroid is too little activity.

The symptoms you're: ...having aren't typical for a pregnancy &amp; could be coincidental.  Any acute illness can throw off the timing of your cycles.  You need to stay well hydrated.  Sports drinks help replace lost fluids &amp; electrolytes.  Since your pregnancy tests are (-), you can take the liquid form of Ibuprofen for headache.  Simple carbs like toast, crackers &amp; noodles are good sources of calories.  Get well soon!

Laparoscopy: You need to see a gynecologist skilled in laparoscopic surgery and have them take a look.  You may have adhesive disease.  You may have endometriosis.  You may have a blocked fallopian tube that is causing pain.
It is going to be difficult if not impossible to to figure it out without actually looking in the belly, so that is what I would recommend you pursue. I can certainly help if you are PacNW

Probably: I'm sorry I can't be more definite, but the second trimester is a relatively safe time to take any medication and there a no known issue with this class of medication.  Category C simply means there is very little information available, either good or bad.  If you have a proven yeast infection and symptoms are severe, it is a reasonable medication.
