Possiblities: Pre-menstrual Synd, Pregnancy, Stress, in regards to having unprotected sex, Something else like stomach inflammation-getting angry-which can cause ur symptoms. can be helped with Pepcid/Zantac for faster relief and Nexium/Prilosec for longer term relief. Sometimes taking both is necessary too.  stress is one of the main causes Of this, as is NSAIDS like Advil, (ibuprofen) spicy food, alcohol, smoking, Plus..

Signs of pregnancy: when did your menstrual period become irregular? when did your first period happen? what do irregular periods mean for you? if you are sexually active and having unprotected (no condoms) vaginal intercourse with a partner,  tiredness after exercise, bloating and tender breasts may be signs of pregnancy. As pregnancy continues, hip joints can get loose. Home pregnancy test in AM (1st void is best)

Too soon to test: Urine pregnancy test should be done at 5 or more days after a missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. A negative result on a test done too soon does not rule out pregnancy.

Fibromyalgia ?: 21y female with "bloating", abdominal pain, dyspareunia, wt. gain &amp; fatigue. General medical exam is needed to R/O endocrine disorder. If no specific findings, unifying disorder might be pelvic joint disorder, which oft imparts dyspareunia, restless sleep, daytime fatigue, depression, weight gain &amp; Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If back pain is concurrent, then fibromyalgia becomes a consideration.

: Gas buildup in the gastrointestinal tract can be either due to excessive gas formation or normal gas that doesn't travel down the gi tract down to the rectum where it can be expelled. Avoid gassy foods&amp;gassy beverages. Take simethicone 1/2 hours after meals to prevent gas formation &amp; buildup. Drink hot water and apply heat to the abdomen to relieve severe bloating. Continue fatty liver follow-up.

Need evaluation: There are many possible causes of these symptoms, including small intestine bacterial overgrowth, intestinal candidiasis, pancreatitis, gastritis, gallstones, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or even systemic infections such as lyme disease and/or babesiosis.
