Different pain meds: Ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) is a combination of Tramadol(Ultam)  is an opoid pain medication and acetaminophen(Tylenol) and is a stronger pain med than Aspirin and Extra strength Tylenol.We do not use Aspirin for pain that much as it can cause stomach bleeding if taken in therapeutic doses.
Depends on the pain level.Ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) is stronger than extra strength Tylenol but can be habit forming and can cause constipation

: It may be more useful to read the extra strength energy drink label.  I would avoid stacking caffeine doses.  Once should be ok but I wouldn't make a habit of it.

Still infectious: Covid infection can last longer than 14 days. CDC Guidelines for returning to work after Covid Infection are as follows: minimum of 14 days since onset of symptoms and Fever free for 48 hours without fever reducers and other symptoms are improving. You will not be cleared to return to work until all 3 of these criteria are met, as you can still infect others. Your fever means you are still sick.

It is addicting. The drugs are combined to get a better total effect at lower doses.
