No: The first three moieties are part of the urea cycle, which metabolizes ammonia to urea in both the liver and kidney.  Safflower, used in chinese medicine to increase blood flow, has never been thoroughly evaluated from a rheologic standpoint, that is, how it impacts human vascular haemodynamics.  Kegel exercises, biofeedback, tantric... These may positively enhance enhance pelvic flow.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight, it may help to lose weight, (easier said than done). Drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Mass: Presnece of blood flow doesn't equal either a cancer or benign lesion. The location and origin of the mass and later tissue biopsy wools decide that. Presence of blood flow makes biopsy complex. Need to know where in the groin is them lesion and how big. Best of luck

Lymphoma,leukemia: A routine cbc and differential cell count is usually enough to diagnose leukemia and a flower cytometry would also do it.  I have had patients with lymphoma of the breast, testicle, scapula. A history and physical examination usually guides us as to what tests to order.

: Foods do not affect the blood flow. Exercise does. Moving your limbs that you can move will help. If you can use an resistance to the movement that will be more helpful.

Need diagnosis: Blood flow to the nose is controlled by the autonomic nervous system.  These nerves control the size and rate of blood flow to the mucosa of the lining of the lateral wall (turbinates) and middle of the nose (septum).  Dilation of the blood vessels is a vagal response.  Constriction of the blood vessels is a sympathetic (adrenaline) response.  I do not think you can control these responses.
