Need evaluation: This could be fibromyalgia. This needs to be differentiated from other  rheumatic and musculoskeletal problems.See your  physician and you may need to see a rheumatologist

i am having pain starting in my upper right side buttocks towards my hip. it radiates to the front of my thigh. i am 25 and run 3-4 miles a week. ?

Sciatica: It sounds like your sciatic nerve is inflamed.  Taking an anti-inflammatory ma help ease the pain. I t may take several weeks for it to get better. Thy not to put pressure on it by sitting on hard surfaces.

can a full spine mei detect cancer in left hip or buttocks or thigh area?

Unlikely.: You'd need testing more directed to those areas if a concern in those areas is present.  A spine MRI will likely not image those areas.

throbbing bilateral hip pain. outer hips, goes down outer side thighs and wraps around into buttocks. lying supine hurts hips. sitting hurts, too. why?

Lower back: Pain is that distribution suggest a lumbar spine rather than a hip issue. Doc may suggest to you that it is a trochanteric bursitis but more like it is referred pain from the back.

large lump on upper back thigh now has grown to be somewhat on my lower buttocks.  causing my hips to give out and hard to sit or walk.  i believe it ?

Needs to be checked: I suggest you have it checked by your family doctor.It may be an infection like an abscess or a tumor causin swelling and pain and it is getting worse and you are not able to sit.If you cant get an appointment with your doctor then go to ER

problem in muscles around hips(esp right side) buttock and outer thigh.feel tightness&stretch all the time(no pain). cannot sit or drive for long as i feel weak in buttocks.when i do yoga,i feel nice but after sometime, its back to being tight/weak?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight losing weight would help (easier said than done). You may wish to add some aerobic exercise in addition to yoga.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

What did you do?: Did you injure the back. Sounds very musculoskeletal. Try heat with passive back stretches and ibuprofen to bring down the swelling.

Tinea corpus: Tinea is a possibility since no help with steroids.

can fibroids cause like a sciatic pain in the buttocks and between the pelvis, thigh and hips???

Its possible: if the fibroids are big, they can compress the muscles and nerves in the pelvis, causing pain.
