It's a great workout: So much can be done with so little. You can essentially work out every muscle group with the right combination of weights.  Start with a pair of 2.5lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 15 lb and 20 lb dumbbells, no more is needed, start simple.Start with exercise that work more than one muscle group at a time. Remember. Core strength is the foundation all exercises build upon.

No: Discs typically do not heal. However, that doesn't mean that you can't live pain-free. A ruptured disk will often shrink away from a nerve. A herniated or bulging disk as you call it can move around but bouncing on a ball does not promise which direction it moves. If you are having symptoms, see a physical therapist or chiropractor.

i am 80 kg and 176 cm tall i want to lose  weight to be more fit am a basket ball player i do exercise every day but i couldnot lose any gram?

You are just fine: Your bmi comes out to 25.8 which is perfectly normal especially for a person that plays sports. Your goal of losing some weight could be accomplished if you are more careful with the type of food (less fast food and less carbohydrates). Make sure to cut out regular soda.
