Sometimes: A portion of abdomen is included usually on chest exam. However imaging  information seen varies according to how much of abdomen included.

Probably not: Being so young makes it unlikely u have a heart issue.  See a doctor to sort out your symptoms. Relax and trust.

NO clue.: You state they feel greater in size but is this actually true. You need to see your doctor for confirmation. Have not idea why it feels different to lie straight. Is this on your back or side. My point is to see your doc and get a better dx. Could any of this be stress or anxiety /

Possibly: While those symptoms can be heart-related, other organ systems maybe the source of all those findings. Also, there maybe a combination of organs that may lead to those symptoms and findings. Leg swelling can be from kidney disorder or varicose veins. Chest pain can be gastrointestinal, pulmonary, chest wall, etc. A physician visit will be helpful.

In The Vicinity: Right sided pain can be produced by a number of conditions including: gallstones or gallbladder dysfunction, pleurisy (lung), intestinal spasm or inflammation, referred pain, liver conditions, muscle strain. Lower right sided pain may be related to intestinal inflammation, appendix is always a concern and ovary or testicular (referred) pain all possible. Complex possibilities that require an exam.
