Jock itch: Sounds like a fungal infection in the crotch area also known as jock itch.  Apply anti fungal lotion to this area and it should improve.

my testicle has felt off for a few years now. its facing down& abnormally unsymmetrical like it use to& i cant close my legs without crushing it. the left side of my scrotal sack is empty and i cant feel the top of the left teste at all! mild pain?

Testicular symptoms: Would recommend going in to urologist for evaluation.  You need a professional assessment to see what is going on, what happened to the other testicle, any risk of twisting/torsion of the testicle (a medical emergency), and an opinion for sperm production or possible problem if you wish to have children in the future.  They may recommend an ultrasound test.

Depends on size: Congenital av malformations in the extremity often result on that extremity growing longer than the other.Depending on size an degree of shunting, may remain indolent or in some instances, skin erosion, bleeding can occur. If avm large, can cause tachycardia.

See a doctor: Any lump in the scrotum at any age needs evaluation by a doctor.  A urologist whould be my preference.

Scrotum: There may be an irritable nerve in the scrotum causing this symptom. Observe for any skin discoloration. If discomfort continues localized to the scrotum or testicles, see a urologist for evaluation and advice. An ultrasound may be recommended.

Likely jock itch: Jock-itch is a fungal infection and often can be treated with a topical such as Lamisil (terbinafine) or itraconazole (otc creams) 2-3x/day for about 2-3 wks. Keep the areas clean and dry and it will improve with above treatment. Probably not related to shaving.  Color should normalize in few months. If not better with above, it maybe something else and u should consult doc. Good luck.

You have jock itch.: Get an antifungal against tinea cruris at the pharmacy,and apply the cream or ointment twice a day. It will take several weeks to resolve this. If not better 1 week,see a Dermatologist.

Still not herpes: This is virtually the same as another question a few days ago. Same answer: not herpes. Herpes would not cuase "linear marks", and herpes skin lesions cannot look pretty much the same for 10 days. By that time they would be mostly scabs and healing. Probably these marks have nothing to do with your recent sexual contact. See doctor if you remain concered about them.

Rash on thighs: You should see a physician. Commonly, it can be a fungal rash on the inner thighs that will respond to anti fungal creams and/or oral antifungal tablets. This rash can often be a sign of other disease states such as type II diabetes mellitus..
