I have a tingling feeling in my scrotum its not pain as such but you can feel it. it sometimes moves to my left leg or my right leg.

Scrotum: There may be an irritable nerve in the scrotum causing this symptom. Observe for any skin discoloration. If discomfort continues localized to the scrotum or testicles, see a urologist for evaluation and advice. An ultrasound may be recommended.
