Food or medicine: are you taking medication like peptobismol which will turn stool dark or black  If you have not enough acid iin your stomach then you may not digest food properly and you will have a change in bowels as well as increase in gas   Watch what you are eating and maybe do a day of just clear liquids to help it repair

Exam - Lab work: To know 'why?' you need to have an exam and lab work. It's possibly something a bit like IBS, but w/o other symptoms it would luckily be very mild/early. Intestines have glands that make mucus to avoid membrane irritation. See your Dr and follow advice.

Bleeding: Bleeding in the bowels cause black, tar-like stool.  This could be from a stomach ulcer.  If it's not black, and just dark brown its likely you are eating something that your body doesn't like!  Soy and dairy products can do this to some people.

Itching: sting around the anal area could indicate local infection. Try to use wipes to clean after going to the bathroom, then apply antibiotics ointment.

i have had no bowel movement for a couple of days then when i do have a movement the stool coming out of my stoma is very thick and in that stool is very very hard small rock like substance. what thats up to see and should i be concerned?

: First increase your intake of water. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless.  You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil.

Just a thought: but the end of the bowel movement represents the stool which has been in the bowel the "longest" ! The large bowel not only "stores" the feces but also absorbs water from the material "delivered" to it by the small bowel! The hardness = "dryest"

"Spastic Colon": Used to be the "nametag" applied to what we now know is IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome" and that's what your stools sound like. Dry "pebble like" stools, mucous and "ribbon like" stools (spastic contraction of bowel) 
This is a "diagnosis of EXCLUSION" that is , more serious conditions need to be ruled out. See your doctor who may recommend a Gastroenterologist!
