See the doctor who did your testing or your family doctor to continue your diagnostic tests and give you proper treatment. E.G. You may have a stomach infection with h.Pylori which is treated differently than other causes of ulcer.

Drooling at night?: It's caused by either an increase in your body's production of saliva or a decrease in your ability to swallow or keep saliva in your mouth.
Causes are:  new/ill fitting dentures, 
gerd (gastroesophageal reflux disease)
throat/mouth infection, 
medications, like Clonazepam (klonopin), Clozapine (clozaril, Fazaclo odt), Pilocarpine (salagen), & carbicarbidopa-levodopa (parcopa, sinemet).
Pregnancy.

Unlikely: Most 1 yo kids drool because they are not embarrassed by it.Whether they are teething or just not aware that it bothers you it is part of a normal 1 yo lifestyle.
