Hyperperistalisis: Your stomach is trying to pass food again the pressure of lying flat on  your stomach, causing "gas sounds". It is advisable to wait at least 30 minutes before lying flat down. Additionally, different people have different digestive patterns. This is worth checking if you are concerned.

Improve nausea: Nausea is a sign that something is irritating the stomach.  This can come from sinus drainage, medications, food, gastritis, maldigestion, slow stomach emptying, pressure from other organs around the stomach, gall bladder issues, and pregnancy.  See your physician to help figure it out but keep track of your eating habits, anything that helps it or worsens it.

i was doing too many crunches daily. now my stomach hurts upper, every time i lay down. could it be the crunches?

Could be.: If you're saying you went from no abdominal exercise to doing too many crunches, then it could be that your upper abdominal musculature is strained, and stretching them while lying down increases the discomfort.  If so, this could really take a week or so to resolve.  Stop doing the crunches for now, and if pain persists then see doctor for entertainment of other possibilities.

No: It is not normal, but it may or may not be important. It depends on what the abnormal heart rhythm is, how often you get it, how many abnormal beats in a row you get, where in the heart the extra beats arise, the condition of the rest of your heart, and the family history of heart problems. Tell your doctor about it.

See doctor: If you don't have nausea, I'd suspect that you had a muscle sprain somewhere causing you to have pain when lying down.  If you are sexually active, one always suspect pregnancy associated with the nausea.  I think your best bet is to consult your doctor to get examined.

Reflux : Likely reflux. Try not to eat 3 hrs before bed. Take  an antiacid product like maalox mylanta or Tums (calcium carbonate) as needed for this. Good luck!

Borborygmi: Borborygmi. (that term comes from the greek, meaning rumbling around) it may sound like you have some type of disease, but is just the sounds your intestines make. From time to time the noises are louder and you can hear them from the outside. It is actually a normal part of digestion most of the time. Rarely, if accompanied by pain, it may mean there is an obstruction in the bowel.

Stomach knots: To answer this question it is important to distinguish whether the "knot" is in the stomach muscles (do a leg lift lying down to see if it makes it worse) or inside the abdomen, in which case it is mostly likely a cramp in the colon, which may be caused by gas, food, or constipation.

Runmbling belly--ok: Some rumbling is quite common and it is typically more noticeable when you are relaxing/laying down chilling out. It is so because Adrenalin is low and environment at night is often more quiet and so you can feel and hear more. As long it is not causing pain or bothering you, i would not worry too much. Often, some meditation can help quiet things down a bit. If concerning, consult doc. Good luck.
