Maybe: Sometimes your bowel habits do change in pregnancy.  Also some women with IBS don't develop symptoms until pregnancy.  However, if the pain is right upper abdomen or goes there after starting around the belly button, you need to inform your OB as it could be gallstones.  Keep a food diary and see if there is anything you are eating triggering the symptoms.  Gas x and immodium may help

Post op gallbladder: Diarrhea is an extremely rare side effect of gallbladder surgery.  This is due to inadequate amount of bile to digest food.  Medical supplementation of bile salts is always the answer but you need to see you doctor and rule out any other source of you pain such as a surgical complication.

everytime i eat spicy food i get a stomach ache and gas. why does this happen?

GALLBLADDER?: Common is common.  Usually, "spicy" foods are  also greasy.  Upper abdominal pain and flatulence are two classic symptoms of gallbladder dysfunction, and are made more severe with fatty food intake.  Discuss this with your doctor.  In the meantime, i suggest a lower fat diet to see if your symptoms lessen.  Good luck.

Scopes: Make sure that you have an upper and lower scope to make sure you digestive system is ok no ulcer or gastritis  or IBD next step get ultrasound to rule out gallbladder disease. You might have IBS but that will be determined after all the test come back negative

Red meat.: Some red meats can be hard on peoples stomach. Each person can react differently to different types of foods. Avoid the ones which give you issues.

See a doctor: This may be infectious, or may be irritable bowel syndrome, or intolerance of some portion of your dietary intake.  Only a doctor with a complete history, physical exam and some lab tests, and possibly endoscopy can arrive at an accurate diagnosis.

Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.

Tes: Viral Gateoenteritis can cause fevers, chills, nausea and vomiting. Usually resolves in its own, keep hydrated.

Cramps: if the cramps and loose stools came while on your cycle then this from a hormone called prostaglandin and is normal.  ibuprofen is and anti-prostaglandin and will help with the next cycle.

It can be detected by blood test and cured with antibiotics along with proton-pump inhibitors.
