GALLBLADDER?: Common is common. Usually, "spicy" foods are also greasy. Upper abdominal pain and flatulence are two classic symptoms of gallbladder dysfunction, and are made more severe with fatty food intake. Discuss this with your doctor. In the meantime, i suggest a lower fat diet to see if your symptoms lessen. Good luck.

GI issues: Spicy foods may disagree with your GI (gastro-intestinal tract). These symptoms can be as simple as causing heartburn and reflux or more complicated as resulting in gallbladder issues. Try to avoid these foods and see if your symptoms resolve. If you enjoy eating these foods, see your doctor. Treatment maybe as simple as taking medication or relieved with an operation if gallstones are the issue.
