Psoriasis?: Depending of the level of scale this may be psoriasis. Eczema usually causes peeling skin too but is oozes, produces little water blisters under the skin, is very itchy, and is generally not a dry condition. If you have toenail fungus, and/or red itchy scaly rash between the toes, esp btw the 4-5 toes, ur rash may be due to tinea(fungus). Best way is to get a scraping of the scale for fungus.

Different moisturize: trying different moisturizers possibly prescription form
using Vasoline and cover areas with Saran wrap and cover with socks for a few hours or overnight

You are doing OK: But also avoid backless shoes. Wear socks. If this persists, see podiatrist. May be a biomechanical reason why tis is happening or possibly a dermatitis of some type.

Sure: Muscle and calf discomfort is normal a week after acl surgery, esp. If you are using crutches and not fully weight bearing on the operative side.Pain creams may be of some limited help.Best of luck!

i have a severe ingrown toe nail on the right foot,i currently remove the nail every two weeks, however , after removing it the last time about a week ago, it remains painful and seems inflamed, i currently use a anti-bacterial and inflammatory  balm?

Paronychia: You most likely have a severe infection bewtweeen the nail, cuticle and nailbed. This requires observation and possible minor surgery to decompress any pus accumulation. I would suggest a podiatrist and also try to avoid using unsterile nail clippers: boil all clippers. Dry and cealn with alcohol. Podiatry may not be your strong point. Let a pro do this.

Not recommended: Tiger balm is not recommended to use in pregnancy.
