Rare side effects: These are safe to take together as they have no known interactions. While both are safe, ginseng can cause anxiety and insomnia is some and  rarely high blood pressure, low blood sugar, diarrhea etc.- see http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/asian-ginseng for details. DIM is not an estrogen blocker but improves estrogen metabolism, helping it to be metabolized to safer substances.

Possibly: Selective estrogenic receptor modulators (serms) such as Clomiphene citrate or tamoxifen should increase lh (luteinizing hormone) and testosterone in men.  Aromatase inhibitors (anastrazole) will also increase testosterone.  The goal is to have testosterone to Estradiol ratio greater than 10.  Certain clinical issues such as narcotic or obesity related low t are helped with these medications.

You should not : In women with hair loss you should be on the pill (BCP) to prevent pregnancy. That goes for all anti-androgens.

Not true: Estrogen blocker might be alright if in fact body converted t -&gt; e. Ur possible confused by congenital  adrenal problem (hyperplasia) where there is an enzyme deficiency in production of cortisol which causes overproduction of a testosterone-like hormone.

Don't think so: Estrogen will not help prominent veins.  As a mater of fact, it could make them worse.  I am not sure what you mean by a blocker.

Not FDA Approved: What you describe is not fda approved.  Although estrogen blockers have been looked at to decrease risk of increased estrogen in men on higher dose testosterone they are not without risk.  They can increase risk of blood clot and other symptoms.

None: There are no testosterone "boosters", no matter what the internet and tv and your friends may tell you. The only way to "boost" your testosterone is through a healthy life style, proper nutrition, exercise, and avoidance of toxins like alcohol and tobacco. Save your money, and your health. Stay away from anabolics as well.

Not really: Free serum testosterone remains circulating and available for binding to receptors whether 5-alpha reductase mediated dihydrotestosterone conversion occurs at the prostate and hair follicle cellular level or not.  The one potential issue I have in using oral 5-alpha reductase inhibitors in young men (male pattern baldness indication) is a potential reduction in sperm count.

Only testosterone: Man should stay with testosterone at this point if really needed, majority of men make enough testosterone to function.

Dont do prohormones: Prohormones are not studied enough to know what the long term side effects are.  The most potent form of an androgenic hormone is dihydrotestosterone! the best way to become more androgenic you need more testosterone because everything else is considered less potent.  If you can naturally raise your testosterone without going beyond the normal reference range then i see it as safe.
