Not mutch: Stage ii colon cancers means did not spread to lymph nodes ,  if it spreads will be to liver first, metastasis to lung is rare.

They can also help give advice for your social situation in helping taking care of her.   She may benefit from inpatient or outpatient hospice.

Back pain: Lung cancer nor throat cancer are associated with back pain unless they have spread. I would let your doctor know about these symptoms.

Back pain: If a tumor is the cause of your back pain, the tumor can spread into areas of the spinal chord or root. This would cause other neurological symptoms such as weakness , numbness or tingling.

: You are not going to have esophageal cancer at your age and with a negative endoscopy. If you are so focused on cancer or other life ending condition seek out a life coach who can teach you relaxation and stress reduction skills. You appear to need it.

: NO. Esophageal cancer is very rare at your age.   Discuss with your local Dr. why you think you might have it.  I am not certain what you mean by sedation.

Depends: These are symptoms of reflux disease. Difficulty swallowing or throwing up blood can be due to esophageal cancer. Some esophageal cancers have no symptoms. If the endoscopy showed certain precancerous changes in the esophagus, then you need a regular screening to check for cancer as reflux is a risk factor for cancer.
