Allergies???: Could be many triggers- nutrition, allergies, meds, mouth breathing, etc.  I would possibly make a diary reflecting what you eat, drink, activities, meds, supplements.  But first, i would see a dr. To discuss options and possibly tests.

Sneezing: Sneezing is typically a response to irritation inside the nose.  I doubt the surgery caused this, but not being a neurosurgeon, i don't want to say it cannot happen.  It is also possible nothing has caused enough nasal irritation to lead to a sneeze.

NOCTURIA: The average # of times a person voids at night after 50 y/o is about 1.5. Men and women get up about the same # of times and women don't have a prostate. It sounds here like your allergic to something and are waking first w/ sxs of same and voiding simply because your up. Try changing you pillow or comforter/bedding. Try sleeping somewhere else to see if your sxs persist.

try to take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec before you start and see if that will make thing different.
