Maybe: If the swelling is new onset ice would be better.  Ice stops inflammation.
Epson salts in warm water are better for old or chronic swelling due to bursitis, arthritis.

Yes: Elevation, ice, anti-inflammatories and use of fingers to help milk swelling out of hand are all helpful. Compression gloves like isotonic can be helpful as well.

REST, ICE, SPLINT: You probably have a 'wrist strain'. The best thing to do is ice (wrapped in thin cloth) for 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off (to prevent thermal burn). Also recommend stop 'lifting' for a while until pain free =rest. A splint will help immobilize the 'sore wrist ligament/tendon'
aleve 1-2 every 12 hrs will stop infammation. Hope you are better soon!  if not improved see your provider.

i've  been constipated since december, last week i saturday i decided to drink some epsom salt and it helped a little but im constipated again. thursday i gave myself a suposetry and felt that my anus is swollen inside. can you please help me?

Abdominal pain : So many things come to mind. That list can be more focused with an in person examination. I often think of constipation as a poor balance of water in the colon, but can be from mineral imbalances, thyroid disease (low thyroid) . It can also be a result of a lack of relaxation from the anal muscles, emotional stress (often triggered based on past events) . See a doctor and have a good discussion

Knee pain: Ice is good initially after an injury, or after overuse. Then switch to moist heat as the next step.

my one foot has been swollen since may ive been to the dr 3 times and nothing they subscribe is working im also getting abscesses more frequently i have one now i soaked in epsom salt bath an today i popped it w massive amounts of pus what iswrong?

Abscess:  We don't know your medical history. But if you have a true abscess, than popping to release pus may not be adequate. Abscesses are often loculated, so each chamber needs to be broken up manually for healing to occur.  Incision and drainage by a medical professional may be required.

Yes: Typing with a sprained wrist will be a bit slower but can be done. It is helpful to wear a wrist splint and to take frequest breaks. If it makes the pain worse then stop typing and seek treatment.

See a hand surgeon: if the wrist still hurts after a month you might have torn a ligament. You need a X-ray with grip view, a good exam and probe an MRI.
