Follow up with your primary Dr and ask for definitive diagnosis. Find out the result of your urine culture. If urine findings are persistently abnormal, this may suggest underlying significant kidney disease -e.g.glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis etc.

Vaginal contaminant?: Was urine sample reliable? because mucus &amp; epithelial cells are most commonly from vagina if labia weren't separated. You report urinary tract malformation without identifying it. This could be a normal specimen if you had an intestinal bladder augmentation (enlargement) or ureteral replacement. First need to make sure it was good urine sample. Absence of nitrites &amp; bacteria excludes UTI.

Infection: infection or UTI tops the list of differentials with those numbers. So first and foremost treat the infection. Make sure you send urine for culture prior to putting yourself in any antibiotics. After ten day vourse of antibiotics, repeat the urine test.,

Contaminated: The epithelial cells tell me that there was some contamination of your sample. Just being a woman makes it more difficult to give a clean-catch urine. You may want to repeat it, perhaps next year or earlier if you physician advises.

Confirm testing: Typically an Obgyn would not necessarily do a vaginal culture for the common problem of vaginal discharge. Typically they would run testing for the most common causes of vaginal infection such as bacterial vaginosis, yeast, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
