Best to follow up: Flat epithelial atypia isn't cancer or pre-invasive cancer but there's often something more troublesome nearby. Especially since you describe a discharge, you need to see a surgeon anyway.

i was diagnosed with lichenoid mucositis epithelial atypia three years ago via biopsy. i go every six months for a cleaning /exam. my dr says everything is fine, but i'm constantly worried that there is some underlying cause.  should i be worried?

Have it checked: regularly. Lichenoid mucositis is a noncommittal term referring to a wide range of mucosal lesions which closely mimic oral lichen planus both clinically and histologically, yet may represent a different cause altogether. In some cases it can be considered a pre-cancerous lesion.

i had 3 white patches inside my mouth i did biobsy result came back a and b lichenoid mucostis epithelial atypia and c mild epithelial dysplasia thx?

?Leukoplakia?: These patches are abnormal and are likely caused by smoking or chewing tobacco. Your doctor should have explained to you what it all means. These areas of your mouth should be rechecked regularly by your Dentist or  by a oral surgeon to make sure that it does not change into oral cancer. Tell us if you smoke or drink alcohol or both???

Cancerous?: No such thing as Can Rex oral lesion. Do you mean cancerous? Cancerous means cancer.

i have a raised white oral lesion on my inner cheek. i have no fever. it just causes discomfort especially when i eat.

Cancer sore&: This sounds like a ulceration of the mucosa & they usually run their course over 5-7 days. There's some topical otc treatments 2 control the symptoms.

why isn't this bluish oral lesion showing on a c-scan? ent says it is a vessel and needs to be removed or checked every 6 months due to bone erosion.

Ct scan: CT scans show bone very well, not soft tissues.  For that an MRI is best.  Most likely your ENT is following your CT because if the lesion is growing, it will invade your bone and that part is visible on the CT.  If your lesion does not do that, you would not need to remove it.  So, not seeing the lesion is expected and good news.

Chronic inflammation: Chronic inflammation is not normal.  Do you smoke, dip, or chew tobacco?     Discuss with the doctor who took the biopsy.

Hi grade CIN3, cervi: Cervix: Ages 21-24 e just observe because of the high rate of spontaneous resolution. After age 24 do a colposcopy and if needed a LEEP procedure or cryotherapy, conization  or laser.  Good luck

No: This type of smear would suggest a recent infection as the cause of reactive atypia.  There is no evidence of cancer stated.  Typically this would warrant a repeat pap smear in the future.

epithelial cell abnormality, high-grade squamous intraephithelial lesion, atypical glandular cells and sever dysplasia.  what should my concern be?

Abnl pap semar: You need a colposcopy and endocervical sampling.  Was HPV typing done on your specimen?  That would be important also.  Be sure to follow up with you gyn provider as this needs close follow up.  Best of luck
