Need to see your DR: It could be a simple non malignant  spermatocele   but need confirmation  must see your doctor  will order a sonogram  and tell you as you are a minor  you have to go with parent or guardian

Not the best: At your age, Cipro (ciprofloxacin)floxacin is not the best treatment. Epididymitis is usually caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia in  young men, and Cipro (ciprofloxacin) won't treat either. The treatment (after doing tests for sexually transmitted infections) is usually with Ceftriaxone plus either Azithromycin or doxycycline.

Not all epididymitis: Is due to stds.  Ciprofloxacin is likely to be active against other bacteria such as e. Coli that can cause it.

No exercise.: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) interferes with human DNA gyrase in maintaining tendon integrity and potentially rupture a tendon.As a matter of interest this occurs more in animals,like dogs.I would wait 3 weeks after completion of antibiotic therapy to help any weakened tendons to strengthen.Then you can be unleashed!(to exercise). believe the neuropathy comes from a different mechanism.

can an epidydmal cyst grow on the upper pole of testicle? i have a pimple like spot/lump on the upper pole that is soft and squidgy but is attached to the testicle and cannot be moved separate from the testicle, not attached to the epidydimis?

: What you feel is likely a epididymal cyst. It can be at the top or bottom of your testicle. I am not sure why you think it is not attached to the epidydimis when you feel it. If you want to make sure please visit your family doctor.

Possible: Epididymitis may occur as a complication of urinary infection. It may also be a side effect of penetrative anal intercourse.

after hot bath, my testicles started to hurt, feel sore, and i felt discomfort. it happened while i was recovering from acute epidydimitis. is soreness after hot bath in this sitaution normal?

Epididymitis: It may take 6 weeks or longer to recovery from acute epididymitis. During that time, testes may be more sensitive to touch (or possibly to heat). However, I would encourage you not to take extremely hot baths to begin with. Warm water is healthier for skin.
