No: Epiduo is a combination acne gel containing adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Epiduo is not a topical steroid. Topical medicine (not tropical) is a foam, liquid, gel, lotion, cream, or ointment for the surface of the skin.

Wait an hour...: ...After washing your face before applying it. Use only a small amount. Don't scrub your face with a washcloth or buf puf.

Epiduo: If your face gets red or dry you can rest for a few days. Apply moisturizer if necessary. A better plan is to apply epiduo at night and see the effect in the morning. Your redness may be gone overnight.

Staph: Apply Bactroban (mupirocin) Ointment to your nostrils three time daily. Take warm soapy baths to which you have added 3-4 tablespoons of bleach to.Bathe at least twice a day.

Yes: It's safe. But acne meds like that are bet applied to the areas acne breaks out on a daily basis and not spot treatments.

: you should expect at least 1 week of treatment and leave it gradually until using gel solution also avoid sun exposure until pimple ends scaring

: Your dermatologist is the best person to address your skin color concerns.  It is not clear whether you are looking at blackheads, moles, or increased coloration after an inflamed pimple.  Some resolve quickly, others may take a relatively long time to normalize.

Good question.: dermatology is difficult to practice without seeing the patient. I don't know what your age or even gender is but I suspect these are areas that are not pigmenting properly. Epiduo is a mild steroid cream gentle enough for facial application. I suspect your dermatologist feels there may be an inflammatory cause for the patches. I would try it for 2 to 3 weeks and if no change get a second opinion.
