Dysphagia Bilharzia: According to literature, this is an uncommon occurrence, although Bilharzia is know for spread to the splanchnic bed involving Liver spleen and intestine, it is not really known for Dysphagia. i recommend review with GP/General Surgeon to review causes of dysphagia.  the a host of reasons for dysphagia, and timeous exclusion of causes will help prevent long term complications
