You can be treated: Doctors like to be very careful during pregnancy- especially the 1st trimester, so your MD may suggest putting up with things for awhile.  Pyrvinium has been used for  treatment during early pregnancy and the more commonly used  vermox (mebenazole) during later pregnancy.Generally the whole family is treated for the pinworms at the same time to stop reinfection. Talk to your OB.

Yes: Yes pinworms are passed through contact between two people. This can be avoided by proper hand washing however young children typically are a major reservoir for infection because they obviously don't comply with strict hygeine rules.
