Multiple reasons: Veins return blood back to the heart and  can carry a large volume of blood.  Depending on many factors including levels of hydration,  genetics, outside temperature and even physical activity, the size of the veins will vary.  Another important function of the veins is to help control body temperature and this too will affect vein size.  Also with aging, veins enlarge as tissue volume decreases.

Yes: A group of dilated veins above the testicle may be a varicocele, which involves the spermatic cord.  Varicoceles are more common on the left side than the right side, and may occur bilaterally.

Sounds like there...: is inflammation in the eye. The bump on the sclera may be a pingeuculum, which is a benign lesion, that grows in relation to increase UV sunlight. It can also become inflamed, red and painful. This may require some prescription medication. I would recommend seeing an eye care provider.

Vein enlarged : Sounds like a varicocele. If it is on the right side you need to have an evaluation of the abdomen. See a urologist but start with your primary care doctor.

Vein: Most likely cause would be due to some type of infection, irritation or allergy to tonsils.  However other causes would be problems that cause venous congestion.  People with heart problems such as congestive heart failure or lung problems that cause decreased venous return to chest could cause this or a blood clot in the superior vena cava or veins draining the tonsil.

hi, i undergo microchirurgical varicocele surgery 2 months ago. is is normal to have enlarged veins after activity or walking a lot also with little pain ? will they disappear after longer time ?  what i should do ? tbanks for answers and advices?

More patience.: You should consider decreasing your activity and to wear a scrotal support,  I would believe that the vein swelling will disappear.  
I would contact your surgeon and have a follow-up exam.  A cold compress may also help.

i have enlarged veins/spermatic cord/epdydymis above the left testicle that runs all the way down to the bottom of the testicle where it feels like sack. it's different compared to right testicle where i can't feel anything enlarged. what can it be?

: You might have a varicocele. It is best to be checked by a Urologist. In the meantime wear a scrotal support or jockey shorts.

Tonsils: Having prominent veins on your tonsils is not unusual, and it doesn't require any special treatment. If you have a sore throat, fever and tender neck lymph nodes, you should seek medical attention.
