This is quite small: Lymph nodes are normally present in the axila. As long as they are under one Cm in size, they are considered benign and are not of much concern. Why did you have this test done in the first place???

Unlikely: Even though you do have copd. This is one of those questions that is academic. If it is cancer, it will not be curable because it has spread. If you feel generally well, it is probably not cancer. There's no point in pursuing it. Go about your life.

See your doctor: Most likely cause is reactive, meaning reacting to something.  Also depends on how large.  Other possibilities include such things as infection, malignant, inflammatory.  Hope this helps.

Doctor can examine: Lumps in the armpit of a 30-something adult can be due to ingrown hairs or blocked oil (sebaceous) glands. Occasionally, they are blocked pores, filling up with dead skin cells. If a lump hurts, it may be infected and would need antibiotics or need to be cut open by a doctor, depending on how it looks. Lumps deeper in the armpit may be enlarged lymph nodes, which can be infection or rarely cancer.

Several causes: To make this diagnosis we would need a complete history and physical exam. Do you smoke cigarettes for instance? I am sure you have seen a doctor. Don't be shy of asking him direct questions, that's his job. 
There are several possible causes of your symptoms and you certainly deserve to know what it is in your case.

Lymph node: It is unlikely that lactose intolerance would be responsible for breast symptoms or an enlarged lymph node.  Lactose intolerance is usually a GI problem.  The node you are describing should be evaluated and examined by your doctor.

: Metastatic breast cancer to the lungs less likely presents as enlarged perihilar lymphadenopathy. What was the reason for your chest X-ray? If you have a viral or bacterial pulmonary infection, increased hilar density is usually seen.
