In order to deliver the high calorie dose needed for weight gain, this supplement contains high-glycemic index carbohydrates which may cause blood sugar/diabetes problems, fatty liver, hormonal problems (mimicing steroids), and lethargy (feeling slowed down). Better to increase calorie intake through a healthy combination of protein, fat and carbohydrate in your diet, toning with regular exercise.

Tooth decay is often a side effect of weight gain products because they tend to have a lot of high glycemic carbohydrates in them.  They are also hypothesized to cause free radical damage.  These are not FDA tested or approved.  Consider instead trying a higher calorie healthy diet along with strengthening exercise.

Why do you want to gain weight? If you are otherwise healthy, being skinny is okay. With age you will gain weight and look back at these days with fondness when you could eat and not gain weight. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

It is OK to use endura mass gainer, it's a variant of the many different weight gainers available. 2 Building muscle comes from having a proper diet that allows for a a (+) nitrogen balance, hence the need for increased protein(source of nitrogen), stimulating muscle hypertrophy(from exercise) and making sure you have an overall net caloric balance(taking in more than your burn).

While it's unlikely, in the short run, to be harmful.  It's really just a high calorie shake where most of the calories are coming from carbohydrates and a fair bit from sugar.  In fact two of the major ingredients are "sugar" and maltodextrin(another fancy name for sugar).  I know it can be tough to "eat enough" but you may be better of just blending up healthy foods as a drink, rather than this.

This supplement like any other nutritional product just provides access to your system to nutrients that it may need as you pursue your workouts. There is no guarantee that it will add anything to what your normal diet and workout routine will provide. Much of these supplements end up in your poop or pee within a day unused/unneeded. If you work hard and intensify your workouts you may see benefit
