Yes, but: Coronary aneurysm do not rupture (in adults) like aneurysms of the aorta. When present, they have no more significance than garden variety atherosclerosis and are treated the same. They most often arise from atherosclerosis. In infants, they may result as a complication of kawasaki disease and can become large and even rupture.

Not immediately but:: I know of no research specifically on marijuana and aneurysms but there are studies on cardiovascular disease that show mixed results, with some evidence it may hurt and some it may help! If you use do in moderation and ingesting oral forms rather than smoking is advised. 
I advise anyone with an aneurysm to supplement with copper (about 2 mg), Vit C, bioflavonoids and collagen/bone broth.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), pyogenic bacteria, viral &amp; fungal infections, vasculitis &amp; others can cause these aneurysm. PAH can be due to heart, lung or blood clotting problems, HIV infections. Helpful?
