i have been eating more firbre appox 28g a day from 10g. my stools are coming out like thick sludge and i'm finished in a minute shall i call a dr ?

No worries: The sludge effect is nothing to worry about. It is a bother, but I think it is temporary  &amp; should pass. Continue the fiber &amp; plenty of fluids. Hope that helps.

Yes please call.: Some psychiatrists have slots for emergencies or can put you on a cancellation list.  However, you will need to have some degree of commitment for tx to help. I hope that your plan includes some form of talking therapy.

May try: Usually the right antibiotics should treat your strept in one week. I rather wait till monday to see your doctor, meanwhile drink liquids and rest.

i had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery 8 days ago, but today my bleeding stopped. i can still see some blood when i dry the area with toilet paper. should i call my dr or is it normal. ?

Post delivery ?'s: Bleeding that "stops after 8 days" following delivery may be secondary to a clot or debris stuck in the cervical canal,  which should resolve.  If the bleeding resumes, it generally is detectable for a few weeks after delivery.
